The staff here were really helpful and gave us lots of great tips, plus the location is super convenient, just a few minutes from Palazzo Degli Affari, and it's only a 15-minute drive from the airport.

Francesco was very friendly and helpful when he greeted us. There is a computer, kitchen and coffee machine for everyone's free use.

It's basic. But fine.

The room was clean and everything was great, including the common bathroom.

The stuff was fairly friendly and amiable, gave advice about the city.

Good location and facilities. Clean throughout. The centre of the city is about 5 minutes' walk away. The facilites include a washing machine and free internet.

The only bad point was the bed, which was not at all comfortable.

Everything was perfect from the staff to the room, very clean bed and outstanding room. It had an unbeatable location close to the train station, attractions, train station and restaurants, and the centre of town and the railway station. Florence Historic Centre district was worth exploring...

This place felt very warm and comfortable with a cozy atmosphere, and although the bathroom was shared, it was still a lovely stay overall.

The central location made it easy to walk to the cathedral and gallery, and there was a convenient option for takeaway food nearby.

Il Ghiro Guest House has a great location - within walking distance to the train/bus station and all major tourist attractions. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. It is very safe, clean, and modern.

We really enjoyed our stay at this place. It's in a great location, there is a kitchen, with a stove and fridge and plenty of cooking utensils, free WiFi, a ceiling fan, which we especially liked, and Francesco, the manager was friendly and helpful. He gave us a map and advised us how to get to the sights. There is a good morning market nearby, which does not close until 2 P.M., so we were able to cook some meals, a welcome break from restaurants. Bathroom was shared - but right next door to our room and we never had any problem accessing it. Highly recommended.

Up three flights of stairs without a lift (but it's worth the climb).

we was guided to another hotel(I forget its name) which is very near II Ghiro. We love its location as it near the Central market and we love to go to the market every morning. There're so many booths around the market, to sell souvenir and leather products.

The room is too small. Our room don't have any view and on the dark side. But we see they have south-facing room.
